Today, we're celebrating 6 months of the show by embracing the powerful mantra "You Already Have It," a call to recognise the qualities and strengths that lie within us all. It's not just about personal growth; it’s about self-actualization and the realization that confidence, self-love, and success aren't quests we embark on, but treasures we already possess.

Embarking on a quest for external validation through achievements can often leave us feeling empty, as it did for me when I published my first book at 20. This episode is an intimate exploration of how true contentment blossoms from within, sharing how my battle with weight and self-acceptance led to a profound spiritual awakening. The discussion unveils the art of realigning our identity and behaviors with our authentic selves, and the joy and liberation that follow when we honor our inherent worth rather than chase external accomplishments.

Concluding with an empowering dialogue, I underscore the transformative nature of self-affirmation. It’s about staking a claim on the power that’s been inside us all along - just like discovering a long-forgotten pair of blue shoes in our closet. I share my personal evolution, emphasizing that with humility and a beginner's mindset, our journey of growth is continuous and always evolving. Here's to learning, growing, and celebrating the incredible power and potential each of us holds, every single day.

Speaker 1:

Hello hotjriness gang, welcome back to this week's episode. So, as you saw, based on the episode's title, okay, we're going to be discussing the concept of you Already have it okay, and it's going to be a very it's going to be a very nourishing episode. It's going to be one of those things that literally will feel like the pep talk that transforms you seriously, like I've been. I've had a very similar conversation before not in the context of a podcast episode where I was actually facilitating a class and I gave a very similar talk about what I'm going to share with you today, and I have been told that this conversation, quite literally, as the person was listening, felt a transformation because this concept is going to awaken something in you that is either already there and it's going to be reawakened, or reignited, or deeply strengthened, or it's been laid dormant, and this is going to completely awaken that for the first time. But before we get into that, I wanted to share something really cool with you. So I have not checked the I guess podcast stats, probably since the first week of launching this show, which, by the way, can we just take a moment to celebrate that the Hot Genius podcast has been out for about five months now. Actually, it's hit six months. This was released in September 2023, and I just realized we're in March 2024. So five to six months, and I just wanted to say thank you so much for being here, for being one of the listeners to this show. I appreciate you more than you can ever imagine.

Speaker 1:

But here's what I learned. That was a surprise to me a pleasant surprise, of course. It's that. Well, obviously, you can tell by my accent that I'm from Australia, and so naturally, I assumed that, being a new show, being a new brand, that I would only really reach Australia. Okay, low at my limiting beliefs, because I found out that half of you actually are from America, which I'm totally not mad at. That's amazing. I've always wanted to eventually get this show and this brand to impact globally, and the fact that it's already happening is sort of telling me that I just am the queen manifestor, and so I'm so happy to know that half of you are actually listening from the other side of the world, and so the other interesting thing that I learned about you guys is that half of you are actually men, or those who identify as men. And look, I'm happy here because the truth of the matter is, although I target women predominantly on this show like you can see the way that I speak on here and all the things I have always had the intention to have the hot genius society brand to one day again impact not just women but anyone, no matter what gender you identify as. But the fact again that it's happening so soon is so special to me and I think what really hits deep for me here, as the creator of this show, is that you guys feel safe enough to learn self love, confidence and manifestation from this show. That makes me so happy.

Speaker 1:

If you know my past, you know my story. I used to be a therapist and, believe it or not, I'd say just shy over half of my clientele were men. I used to be a men's dating coach. I used to help men with confidence, but obviously things changed, things evolved and I decided to dedicate predominantly to targeting women. But the fact that men are listening to this as well has really been eyeopening and so humbling in the best way, because, like I said, I'm really, really grateful to know that this is truly supporting anyone, anyone at all, and you know who just wants to truly upgrade the way that they interact and relate to this world, the way they treat themselves, the way they feel about themselves, and I think that that's the special part of this whole thing, that it's not really about our genders or our location that should ever separate us. Then instead, we should find reasons and ways to truly find ways that we relate and connect to one another. Okay, so just wanted to highlight that and, you know, celebrate with you, because I feel extra connected to you guys, knowing where you're from, knowing what gender you identify, as it's just so much fun.

Speaker 1:

So, if you can always, you know, either leave if you're listening to this in Spotify, leave your thoughts, leave your comments in the comment box below this episode. If you are not listening to this on Spotify, then please leave us a review with love, love, love to hear what you have to say, you know, and obviously share your honest thoughts. Yeah, like you don't have to add anything fluffy. You know I'm always here to take in the things that you are taking away from this and, yeah, I'm open to your honest feedback. Okay, and the more that you contribute to this community, the more this community can grow, and it's the fact that you're still listening to this show after all these months.

Speaker 1:

We're doing something right over here, right, and I'm sure you want other people to enjoy the magic. And if you're new here, if this is your first time listening to this show, welcome to the Hot Genius Gang, and I'm so excited to have you here. Get comfortable, because we're going to really enjoy the next 20 minutes together. So you already have it, okay. And so what this concept is really talking about here is that, no matter what it is that you desire, be that to be confident, be that to just love yourself more, to accept yourself more, or maybe you simply just want certain things in your life. Maybe you want an object or achievement, something a bit more tangible, you know, or maybe you want to feel a bit more powerful, empowered in your life. Whatever it is for you, I just want you to start to play around with the idea that you already have it. Really, just take it in for a moment. You already have it. And so what do I mean exactly when I am saying this?

Speaker 1:

And it's that a lot of the time, people, they go and they have a goal and they do everything they can to take steps into achieving their goal, and then let's say they do achieve that goal, such as I'll use an example someone who is obese wants to be fit and have a slimmer, more healthy body. Let's say they go and they feel determined, and they go and achieve this, this goal, where they get that body that they always dreamed of. But then something very unusual happens to their surprise, and what that thing is is that, after the one, two, three weeks of excitement has worn off of enjoying their victory, they notice that they start to feel the exact same way, if not worse, to when they were, in this case, actually obese, to before achieving that goal. Why is this the case? What is really going on here? Well, one of two things is going on. Well, because the person has achieved the goal that they desired, which is amazing but they did it without actually changing who they are at their core. They only changed their behavior.

Speaker 1:

And because they only changed their behavior, unfortunately they are now developing a sense of anxiety that's forcing them to feel like they have to be a control freak. And I don't say that with any judgment. I just mean, quite literally, that if they do not control every single thing, or they eat, or do, or how they move they literally feel like terrified, like their biggest fear is to ever return to that old body Right. And this although on the outside they have what they want, on the inside they feel more miserable and out of control than ever, because now they have developed a sense of confidence that has been completely based on the outcome of their achievement. For example, again when he's the same example, that obese person who now has lost weight and has their dream body, they have created a new found sense of self confidence in this new beautiful dream body according to their perceptions, but that confidence is a hundred percent derived from their new body, and so that means that that level of obsession and anxiety and the need to control, to make sure they keep that weight on them okay is again, is them doing everything they can to keep the confidence that they believe comes from their new body?

Speaker 1:

Or maybe they are treated better, maybe people love them or they think that, and so they are not fighting or trying to control things for no reason, to their mind at least, subconsciously. It's almost like a sense of their fighting for their life, because it will feel that dramatic when someone, when someone bases their worth, their confidence, their value, on something that is external, something that was achieved through behavioral and physical changes. It will literally feel that dramatic. It will feel like they are fighting for their life, because when someone feels like they are fighting to be loved, to be confident, to be worthy AKA they're fighting to feel whole and enough as they are this is something that's going to consume them 24 seven. That, even at the off chance, they can sustain this level of obsession and unhealthy levels of controlling themselves. They, let's say they are able to sustain this for several years.

Speaker 1:

Well, they are going to implode, and I use that word, I choose that word very, very carefully, because implode, they are going to internally, internally break down, lose themselves more and more as each day passes by, that, instead of feeling genuinely confident, loved and worthy as they are, they are actually feeling more disconnected Because in their mind, they are still that obese person, just with a better body. To them, they are the exact same person. To them, they feel like they are lying to the world. To them, they feel like they are a phony. And now, if you relate to this, in no way am I calling you a phony, obviously.

Speaker 1:

I am saying that, if this is something that you can relate to in any context, that this is not anything to shame you. It is purely to empower you. It's to give you the awareness to understand what is going on, because, as I always say, we can not truly solve a problem until we completely understand the problem itself, because the solution always lies in the quality of our problem. And so if we can appreciate that the journey of self-love and confidence and worthiness is 100% an inside job, and we can appreciate why it can be hard to believe that Because I do understand that, how that is very difficult to wrap our heads around but by understanding and appreciating both sides, with zero judgement and only compassion, and we can really get to a point of neutrality towards this, then we carry the power to change it, which comes back to the whole point of this episode, which is you already haven't. But let's really unpack what I am talking about here. Going back to the exact same example.

Speaker 1:

If you want to have a better body and you want to be healthy, I salute you. I think that's absolutely admirable. But when I say you already have it, you have to really listen to me. Ask yourself right now, in your own version of this it doesn't have to be weight loss or being healthier For you. Maybe that is you feeling loved? Or maybe you are waiting to have a family, or maybe you're waiting to get a partner, or maybe you're waiting to be successful, or maybe you're waiting to complete a degree, or maybe you're waiting to have more followers, whatever it is to your one.

Speaker 1:

You can ask yourself something what do you believe you will feel when you achieve that desire? If it's wanting to be more beautiful, have a better body, is that feeling that you think that will give you is worthiness? Do you think you get to feel beautiful? If you, having more money makes you feel more powerful, then maybe that's the emotion. Or maybe having that family makes you feel safe, whole, worthy, seen, loved. What is that feeling? I want you to identify that for me, like, even if you have to pause it, pause me, I mean, do what you got to do, but really, let's really get the emotion here, all right. So let's say the emotion is you want to feel beautiful and loved. Let's just say right, because that's a very common one when I say that you already have it. You already have the feeling that you think your goal or the achievement of your goal will give you. You already have it. You see, you already have love inside of you. You already have worthiness inside of you, you already have beauty inside of you, and if you wait until you attain that desire before you give yourself permission to feel loved, beautiful, seen, whole, complete and powerful, respected, you'll be waiting for the rest of your life. Because so many people, so many it's not even funny how many people are guilty of achieving their desire and feeling emptier than ever. And I was one of those people.

Speaker 1:

In eight years ago, I think. Yes, eight years ago I had published my first book. Do you wanna know what I thought publishing a book would give me, what feeling it would give me? I'll tell you. The feeling I thought it would give me was worthiness, was love. I thought that somehow, all right, I was 20 years old. I thought that I would be more important, more worthy, more valuable. I had a few things attached to it If I were to be a published author. Until the moment that I published it, I had never felt more MTR in my life.

Speaker 1:

Seriously, that was actually when I discovered this concept, why I truly understood that I already had it. You already have it. I already had the love that I was seeking. I already had the worthiness that I was seeking, and the reason I couldn't identify and recognize or experience it when I actually achieved my desires is because I thought that desires were supposed to give them to me. And when I achieved said desires and they didn't give it to me not sustainably anyway it created a very dark hole within me, which happens to many people, because, really, just like the person who goes from obese to having a fitter body before publishing the book, before writing the book, before going on that exercise regime or getting the surgery or whatever it is for you, I and you have to change who we are in our identity before taking any action, and everyone has an opportunity and a choice to choose their identity.

Speaker 1:

You see, I actually I was never obese, but I was overweight. According to the BMI calculator. Bmi calculator you say about maybe I can't remember now maybe a good decade ago as well I was about 25 kilos of weight and when you are short as meat, when you are 155 centimeters tall, you really really 25 kilos is very obvious. Okay, and I tried for so long because I wasn't like growing up, I wasn't big, I've always been an appetite person. So when I was 18, and I packed on all these weight, it was very unusual for me to be overweight, but yet my behaviors and my identity had accumulated over time to be the perfect identity for someone to not just be overweight but to be someone who severely hated herself. I would eat my feelings away. I would eat enough for like three people. Like seriously, like it was a whole shit show the way I treated myself, right, and I tried every diet you can think of. I did all the things that people say to do, you know, and nothing worked. Nothing truly got the weight off, until one day, one day I was sometime during my spiritual awakening, because my spiritual awakening, although sort of jump, started when I was about 18, it didn't truly come into fruition until I was about 20 years old. That's why I wrote that book at that time.

Speaker 1:

It was during my awakening, and it's that in those moments I realized, or after I published the book, I had realized what is going on here, why do I feel so empty, what the hell is happening to me. And that's what got me to truly understand what all those spiritual people were talking about, that I never would understand in the past, which was that if you are not happy with what you have, you'll never be happy with what you get and that the ego believes that you must first get what you want and then you will be happy. But the soul knows that first be happy and then you'll get what you want. I knew it in theory, I understood it intellectually, but I didn't truly live it or get it, didn't really believe it. You know what I'm saying and I did believe it. You could say that I didn't just believe it. I was a you know, I don't know embodiment of it.

Speaker 1:

After that book was published, because I was like crap, like I really thought like some fireworks could come out. Everyone's gonna come and love me and accept me. Seriously, I really thought this, the second that I became a published author at 20, like how impressive, you know, oh my God. Well, it didn't happen like I said. So it got me to reply this in every element of my life and I realized that I already have it.

Speaker 1:

I asked myself what do I think having not just a good body or be not overweight, but what do I think being healthy will give me? I've really reflected on that and at 20 years old, what the answer that came to me at the time was Proud of myself, feel healthy. There were the two things I wanted to Feel proud of myself and also just feel healthy, because I was going through a lot, of, a lot of physical health issues at the time. That really scared me. It was very terrifying. So I guess it humbled me because, although I had body image issues for most of my life, at that point in that moment, between my life being and my health being threatened versus how I looked well, like I said, I was humbled in and shaken up into going in, going to see the fact that I much rather just be healthy and Because me hurting myself is just not worth it and me being so unhealthy and not being well physically is just not worth it not at all. So I don't care. That's what I said to the universe. I said I don't care about losing weight anymore, I don't care about being beautiful anymore. Like I literally said this I'm done trying to be perfect, I'm done trying to look a certain way. I'm done. You know what I want, universe. I just care about being healthy so I can have a long, healthy, healthy life full of energy. That's all I want. I just want to be able to actually be myself again.

Speaker 1:

I grew up being very athletic. I was a dancer, I loved sports, I loved running. I'm like I just want to be able to simply go to a martial arts class, like I used to, and not pass out three minutes into the class because that's what had happened to me at that point. That's all I want. So what did I do? I said, okay, I let go. I surrendered to ever, to the belief or to the possibility even really of like looking good. I'm like I didn't even care anymore. I just wanted to feel good. I said I get to feel good and I said I would not have to wait until I have a certain body of health before I get to feel good. I'm gonna feel good right now and I'm gonna love myself right now. I'm gonna treat myself with so much respect right now. That's what I said to myself. And what did I do from this space of empowerment which I had never lived in, ever, ever, ever, ever?

Speaker 1:

I had this mirror in my bedroom. I got rid of it. I just took it out because I would obsess over my body every single day for hours and and like it was a whole thing. Right, if you have eating disorders, you know what I'm talking about. Well, we have body image issues. You know what I'm saying. I took the mirror out right Bye and in my bathroom I couldn't even see my body when I was like getting into the shower, because the mirror was tiny. It was like the size of, like, maybe my head, so I could never see my body. I got rid of scales. I stopped weighing myself stop giving a shit. I even forgot what I looked like because months went by and I didn't even step foot into the gym. I just focused on feeling good.

Speaker 1:

I read books on meal prepping, on health. I learned more about veganism because I was, like, vegetarian at the time became vegan. I learned how to meal prep. I learned about nutrition. I learned about macro and micros and all the different kinds of nutrients all the fun things, and it was fun. I became someone who, like, did the laundry every week After the meal preps. I grocery shop and I had so much fun. I enjoyed myself. You know, I was so organized.

Speaker 1:

I became this person that I dreamt of being when I was an adult. When I was a teenager, I wanted to be this. Really, you know that that girl lifestyle and I and I wanted that long before. That girl was a trend on TikTok, right, like that's just the way that I've been. I've always wanted to be healthy and just love myself, because my love language is is Service, being of service. I just completely went blank. You know what I'm talking about. That is something that makes me feel loved for myself.

Speaker 1:

And so I did that and I felt good every step of the way and I didn't care, I didn't. I stopped criticizing my body, I stopped wishing I had a different body. I said that the only thing I wanted was to feel good, I wanted to be healthy. And Then I decided to, you know, go out more, because I'd become really anxious at that point. I didn't really go out anymore, I didn't really see my friends, but then I decided to just go out more. Remember, I still haven't seen my body, not really Okay.

Speaker 1:

But I start to notice that clothes that never used to fit me started to fit me, anything and thing of it. And then I saw people are bumped into you know, old friends, whatever. And I thought, oh, my god, you look amazing. Do you get to the gym? And I'm like, really like I work out at home, like I do yoga and I go to the park when I walk, and I, but, to be honest, you know what I really do because this is what I was doing, guys. All I did, truly. Right now I'm not giving nutrition advice. Yeah, I'm telling you what I did, all right, but I listened to my intuition. I took inspired action. That's all I did.

Speaker 1:

Okay, I didn't follow a strict plan. I didn't become a control freak like I used to. I focused on what felt good to me. I really connected to my body and my intuition. And what did that get me to do? I had these urges to milk prep. I had these urges to literally thank my food. I had to speak to my food every single time. While I was cutting the vegetables up, while I was cooking what, before I ate my meals, before I ate my meal, perhaps, I would literally hold the, the tub and say thank you for nourishing me as I was eating, and say thank you for nourishing me.

Speaker 1:

The next urge that came over me was that I felt this desire to be mindful and present. I used to just watch and, you know, eat food in front of the TV, but now I had this urge to just eat in the moment and enjoy every, every single bite of my meal. And then I felt these urges to walk every day. I felt the urges to do yoga. I felt the urges to simply Meditate and calm my nervous system and it was all intuitive. I didn't know the neuroscience of it today.

Speaker 1:

At that time remember again I was only 20 and for some context, if you don't know me, I'm 28. At the time recording this, I had no idea what was going on. I just followed everything and these people were shocked and then I'm like I don't know what they're talking about. So when I went home, got the scales because there were another room right and I got the mirror and Decided to check my weight and at that point I'd lost 15 kilos just like that, for the first time in my life. Because even when I had a petite body, I had, remember, body image issues. I was always trying to lose weight and I never could right, not a healthy way anyway. But here I am not literally trying to lose weight.

Speaker 1:

I lost weight by accident, as a natural consequence, because I changed who I was in every single situation, instead of going what's gonna taste good before I ate, my intuition was urging me to just ask myself when do I need? What does my body need, if I felt the sniffles coming along. I would make something with lots of turmeric and cayenne pepper and and black pepper. Right, I literally I'm not kidding guys. I changed who I was. I didn't view myself as a fat bitch anymore because that's how I viewed myself. I viewed myself as a very unhealthy person.

Speaker 1:

I decided to change my self image, myself concept, my whole identity, and I chose Remember to be someone who's healthy, someone who feels good. That's just who I am. Already got it. Mind you, I was saying that to myself while I was still 25 kilos overweight, while I was still fainting 3 minutes into a workout. I was saying I already got it. I already got it. I already have it. You already have it. I chose to decide that I've always had it. I'm that powerful that I just gotta acknowledge that I have it. Whatever it is that it means to me or what it means to you, the second you decide, you truly become a different person, because you gotta become a different person.

Speaker 1:

And when I lost the weight, I kept it off, and it's been 8 years, sustainably. Keep it off. I'm good. I don't have eating disorders anymore. I have an incredible body image Effortless, by the way and I don't work out as much as I'd like to. I'm gonna change that this year Because I wanna work out, because I wanna work out. Does this make sense? I don't work out till it's like wait. That's just not how I roll Ever.

Speaker 1:

And now, when I look back at pictures of me when I was bigger, you know what I see. I see a beautiful, beautiful woman. I do not hate her one bit and that's the biggest part. You know that you have lived in, that you already got it. State you know you've created a true transformation, be that to love yourself more or to feel powerful within yourself, or just to feel healthy, just to feel safe or just to feel secure when you look back to a version of yourself who once wasn't, and you don't cringe. If you still cringe or feel a sense of hatred or judgment towards your former self prior to your transformation. You haven't transformed and that's okay. But it begins with telling yourself the truth. We can't change something we deny and we can't change something we do not understand. From this space, you were then able to say the reason why I haven't transformed because I haven't given myself permission to realize that I already got it. I already got it. I wanted to feel beautiful. That's why I did this in the first place. I already am beautiful. I wanted to feel respected. That's why I wanted the followers in the first place. I am respected. I already got it. I want to feel loved. That's why I wanted a family so desperately. But I'm choosing to be loved. I am loved. I already got it.

Speaker 1:

From this space, your identity changes. You start to look at yourself as already having. It is not some woo woo mind hack. It is a legitimate thing that's happening in your brain and in your energy field, because we do not attract what we want. We attract what we are. When I first heard Wayne Dyer God rest his soul share that I first heard that when I was 18 years old and that blew my mind and I couldn't wrap my head around it. And it really did take me a decade of fully grasp it in my body that we really are not attracting what we want. We attract what we are.

Speaker 1:

And if you still, on the inside, feel like no one takes you seriously, if you feel insecure despite being rich, if you feel not respected despite having an authority in your industry, if you still feel unloved despite having a family, then this is your sign to claim back your power and all you got to do is make the decision of those magic words. I already have it. Whatever it is for you, you already are respected. Because you choose to be, you respect yourself. That's a choice. You already have it. You are loved, you already have it. You are already secure, even if you don't have money, you have a lot of it, it does not matter. You choose it Because, again, you already have it. Your self love you already have it. Your confidence you already have it.

Speaker 1:

And if you keep trying to find it outside of you, you spend your whole life chasing it. You will never get it, because that is the equivalent of trying to find your blue shoes in your backyard, when they are sitting in your closet. Your blue shoes are in your closet. And if you spend your whole life trying to look for them in the backyard, in your friends red pulsar, whatever it is, of course, you are never going to find your blue shoes. Your blue shoes are in your closet, they are in your room, they are within your house. Your love that you seek, your security, that you seek your beauty that you seek you already have it. It's in your closet, it's in your home. It's in your body, it is in you. You just got to choose it. That's all you got to do. You got to sit there and go. I already got it. Just like you walk back, you come out of the backyard, you walk into your house, you open your wardrobe and you just literally look down and you see your blue shoes.

Speaker 1:

In this case, you will respect yourself, love your confidence, your worthiness, your health, your beauty. It's I already got it, I already have it. And then, from this place, you will naturally calibrate into being that person, your behavior, such a shift from that place. And then when you do lose the weight or when you do gain the followers, when you do get the money, when you do get the success, when you do get the family, the partner or the achievements Right, it's not going to complete you, because you already feel that completeness, you already have what you want, but it's going to expand you and it just amplifies more and more and more. But you are the seed. You are the seed and everything else is a reflection of that seed. You already got it. So it doesn't matter what it is that you want, be that to be more beautiful, to have more success in your business, or to have a certain degree, or a family, children or a partner, whatever it is for you that you truly desire.

Speaker 1:

Identify the feeling you think that desire will give you when you have it, and then just say I already got it and own it and leave from that place. And from that place no one can ever take it away from you, ever again. Seriously, I'm so serious. When you can learn this lesson, you become the most magnetic version of yourself because you stop trying to control the situation, you stop trying to control life, you surrender the parts of life that you really just can't control and you shouldn't control, and you just control you, which is your state, which is your energy, which is your mindset, which is how you think and see yourself to be, it's how you feel yourself, it's your self image, your body image, your self concept, your identity, something that you get to choose. Because remember who I am today, the reason why I know for a fact that I always have a healthy body, right, I will never go back to that, I'll wait. It's because who I am, who I believe myself to be, is a healthy, beautiful woman. My behavior, my mind and my urges will always match that. It has no choice to, and it's easier that when I do go to achieve and improve and get fit on and, you know, up level my nutrition, it's not coming from a place of control, of needing to be better because I want to feel more worthy. It's coming from a place of self love and it becomes a joyful experience on the journey and pursuit of getting and attaining that desire. Because I do believe we should always be holding that contradiction of being so present and embodying your present moment and who you are right now whilst also pursuing your next level. We need both. You already have it and don't ever forget it.

Speaker 1:

Okay, I hope you enjoyed this week's episode. Please share your thoughts with us. I'd love to hear what you have to say. I just wanted to remind you that, no matter what you're going through, know that you are enough and you are so much more powerful than you realize and even if you're one of those advanced, advanced spiritual people alright, we need these reminders the most. We really do. We truly do. I still need these reminders. In fact, every single day, I reinforce the things that we discuss on this show, and especially this episode, because reinforcement is important in a world who doesn't truly live by this. Okay, it's going to take that extra bit of work.

Speaker 1:

The more you evolve as a person Don't think, because you are an advanced, you know, personal, developmental, or if you're an advanced therapy goer or whatever it is for you Like you think you need to do less. The truth is, it's a different kind of hard now, like all the grotty shit is done or the resistance of you trying to realize your worth. It's over Great. That's the shitty part. You know you've gotten out of your own way. But the real work truly begins when you get to that place, when you actually realize that you have potential, when you realize that you are worthy, that you deserve everything that you desire from this space. The real work begins and it's ego work and it's truly just getting to a place once again of reminding yourself, reinforcing the things that you think you already know, that your ego convinces you that you're an expert at and always look at these things as if you were a beginner, because beginners are winners. Okay, so much love. I'll speak to you next week. Bye.
